How long do orders take within Australia?

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days. Please note that Australia Post is closed on weekends, so if you place an order on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes around 5–10 business days depending on your location. Metro areas may receive packages sooner, while remote regions (such as Western Australia or the Northern Territory) can take a little longer.

Every order comes with a tracking number, so you can follow your package’s journey until it arrives safely at your door.

What is the return process for jewelry?

We want you to be completely happy with your Alvora pieces. If you ever need to return an item, here’s how it works:


  1. Contact Us – Just reach out to us so we can assist you and approve the return.

  2. Return Label – We’ll provide you with a prepaid Australia Post return label.

  3. Pack Safely – Place the jewelry in the original box and packaging exactly as you received it, then drop it off at AU Post.

⚠️ Important: If the jewelry is not returned in its original condition and packaging, we won’t be able to process your return. Free gifts don’t need to be returned, they’re yours to keep.

Good news: You won’t pay any return shipping fees within 30 days of delivery, Alvora covers all costs.

Once we receive your item, you can choose:

  • Replacement – If the item was faulty or damaged, we’ll send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost.
  • Store Credit – Receive store credit
  • Refund – If you prefer, we can issue a full refund.
